Terms Of Service

By ordering a commission of me you agree to the following terms of service:

Copyright Information

  • My commissions are for personal or private use only; I do not allow my art to be used for commercial purposes or profit unless otherwise specified, commercial use must be specifically accorded beforehand by the client.

  • As the artist I maintain copyright to all of my works; this includes selling prints of my artworks unless otherwise accorded by the client.

  • As the artist, I maintain the right to use the artwork to promote my work and commissions.

  • Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, heavily reference, trace, create a base from, copy, sell, or remove the watermark/signature from my work in any way, shape, or form.

  • You're not allowed to claim my art as your own, even if it's a paid commission.

  • Clients/Commissioners DO NOT have the right to mint/sell their commissions for NFT, even if it's a commercial commission.

  • Reposting or using the commissioned art as a pfp or for social media is fine as long as credit is given. Credit me ( @ mamabunnykit ) and/or by linking back to one of my socials/portfolios.

  • You acknowledge that I'm a digital illustrator and my work is digital only, meaning there won't be any shipping of physical goods.

General Terms

  • Visual References are preferred when ordering a commission but heavily descriptive references are also allowed.

  • I hold the right to decline your order if I do not feel comfortable or for any other reason.

  • If your commission is a rush order a small fee may be applied.

  • I will not draw explicit fetish or sexual acts.

  • Tasteful nudity/lingerie is allowed as long as the character/subject(s) is not underage. If the subject(s) is a real living person permission must be granted by them beforehand.

  • Customer must be 18 years or older to order a piece that contains nudity.

  • Payment by Paypal is preferred but other ways of payment are allowed.

  • Full payment is required to receive the finished piece.

  • Completion times vary especially if I have multiple orders.

  • If customer initially accepts the finished piece a refund can not be given at a later time.

  • The finished piece will be sent via email or Google Drive.
